Inspections can be scheduled online via the portal under Building > Schedule an Inspection. The dedicated inspection info page (anaheim.net/533/Inspection) lists 714-765-5153 as the inspection request line with phone hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Counter hours: Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 8am-4pm, Thu 9am-4pm. Anaheim runs a PV Self-Certification Program for residential rooftop solar — qualifying systems are permitted without traditional plan review; random QA inspections are conducted post-installation by the city. For solar permits, single-family residential small rooftop systems can be applied for online via the Online Permit Center (anaheim.net/6015/Online-Permit-Center). After Building Final, the Electrical Inspector notifies Anaheim Public Utilities to install net metering.
