To schedule a final solar inspection: (1) Online (preferred since June 2026): use the Civic Access portal at the portal_request_url — supports 24/7 submission, inspection requests, status tracking, and fee payment; (2) Phone: call the ICPDS Building Inspection message line at (442) 265-1736 and press 1 (or call (442) 265-1744 directly), leaving permit number, project address, contact name/number, and requested inspection date.
