Provide job address, permit number, type of inspection, desired date, contact name, and phone number. Call day-of between 7:30–9:00 AM to confirm appointment and get estimated arrival window. Inspectors work a 4/10 schedule with one day off each week; hours 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. Accela portal (aca-prod.accela.com/CULVERCITY) is available for permit applications and tracking but online inspection scheduling is not confirmed available there.
