Requests must be submitted by 5pm the day before. Three booking methods: CSS portal, inspection hotline (619-628-1360), or email ibinspections@imperialbeachca.gov. Solar PV: only one inspection required (consolidated Building Dept + Fire Marshal if needed) for small residential rooftop systems eligible for expedited review.
