City uses Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal for permit applications and an online Building Inspection Request form for scheduling inspections. Online inspection requests must be submitted by 11:00 PM the night before the desired inspection date. Alternatively, call (925) 960-4430 and leave a voicemail before 6:00 AM on the day of inspection. To get an approximate inspection time window on the day of inspection, call (925) 960-4445 between 7:00-8:00 AM. Provide: name, phone number, site address, permit number, and inspection type. AM inspections run 8:00-11:30 AM; PM inspections run 12:00-3:30 PM. Inspections performed Monday-Friday, excluding City holidays.
