To schedule a building inspection (including final solar), call the 24-hour inspection line at (951) 270-5600. Building & Safety office hours are Monday–Thursday 10am–4pm; the department can also be reached directly at (951) 270-5616 or building@ci.norco.ca.us. City Hall is also open Monday–Thursday 8am–6pm. The city contracts Willdan Engineering for building official (part-time) and building inspector (full-time) services. SolarAPP+ is available for streamlined solar permit applications (visit City Hall or apply online via SolarAPP+), but inspection scheduling is done via the phone line. No online inspection portal (Accela, eTRAKiT, etc.) was found. (collected Jul 2026)
