Final solar inspections are scheduled through the San Jacinto Connect Online portal (EnerGov/Tyler Technologies) at https://sanjacintoca-energovpub.tylerhost.net/Apps/SelfService#/home. The city states all permits are processed online and inspections can be scheduled via this portal. Solar permits may be obtained instantly via SolarAPP+ (https://solarapp.nrel.gov/) for eligible roof-mounted PV systems with or without storage — only registered contractors can use SolarAPP+. Per the city's inspection guidelines, 24-hour advance notice is required; requests submitted before 4:00 PM receive a next-business-day inspection. Department hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
