Finding your authority
The authority having jurisdiction is decided by the site address, not by where your company is based.
Look it up
Search by name, or let the plan set find it — the address on the drawing resolves to the authority that covers it.

Check three things before you book
- How it books. Online, telephone, email or a named portal. There is no default.
- The cut-off. Not the lead time. Missing it costs you the next slot, which on some authorities is a week.
- Whether it writes its own placard wording. Where it does, a standard label set will not pass.

Each answer carries a score and the source it came from. A low score means ring them.
