Dates, notes and files

Permit, install and inspection each take a date, a note and attached files — the stamped permit, a photo of the array, a correction notice. Signs ordered takes none of those, because it follows the order.

A project starts at permit approved, because a plan set reaches us when the installer is going ahead and nobody builds before the permit is granted.
