NEC 2017 690.13(B) Marking

In NEC 690.13(B) Marking, it requires that PV systems disconnecting means must display a permanent label marked “PV SYSTEM DISCONNECT”.

In addition, if terminals can remain energized in the open position, a warning marking stating “ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD — TERMINALS ON THE LINE AND LOAD SIDES MAY BE ENERGIZED IN THE OPEN POSITION” is required. This category, contains these labels individually, and also combines the markings (049-03)
